		<description>I do use Trillian but I also need to install XChat and MSN Messenger (so I can play games :) ).  I have a 250gb hard drive so I'm not going to worry about how much space I have used.</description>

		<description>You probably already know this, but instead of installing more than one messenger client, why not install a multi-IM client, like Gaim or Trillian? That way, you won't take so much space on your HDD (though total it may not be a  considerable amount).

Good choice with Windows 2000 though. AFAIK it's the most recent Windows OS that will actually run 16-bit apps.</description>
