		<description>Sounds like your company is screwing you.  If you really are that important to them, ask for a raise or you're leaving.  Chances are , giving you even a measly 1$/hr raise is still cheaper then rehiring/training a new programmer.... either that or slack off a little.  If they ask why you're not able to finish all your work, make up some techno lingo that will tell them to pay you for overtime or hire some help... it's not like they're going to know wtf you're talking about anyways</description>
