		<description>Sounds like your company is screwing you.  If you really are that important to them, ask for a raise or you&#039;re leaving.  Chances are , giving you even a measly 1$/hr raise is still cheaper then rehiring/training a new programmer.... either that or slack off a little.  If they ask why you&#039;re not able to finish all your work, make up some techno lingo that will tell them to pay you for overtime or hire some help... it&#039;s not like they&#039;re going to know wtf you&#039;re talking about anyways</description>
