I’ve got a new layout for my blog. I’ve been working on this for a while. I like this a lot better than my old one. There are still some things I want to do such as make it so that if you open or close a section in the sidebar it stays open as you browse the site. Also some other cool effects using AJAX that I’d like to do.
If you find any bugs, let me know. Or if you have any suggestions.

I got tired of using layouts that others created so I decided to make something that felt more like me. I’m not a designer and this is my weak attempt at designing a website. I feel like something is missing like photos and things through the pages instead of just text. I’ll be tweaking it over time. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks.

I upgraded Wordpress to the latest version today. I also changed it so that my blog is on www.ericfaerber.com instead of blog.ericfaerber.com.
If you find any problems, let me know. I know the background on the individual posts aren’t working.
Edit: the background image is working now.

You’ll notice that this site has a new layout as well as some new things on it. I’ll be updating it over the next couple of days.
Instead of making my own layout, I decided to go with one that was already made. I hope everyone likes it. I need to see if my blogroll is going to update on its own … still lots of testing to do.

If you have visited this blog before, then you’ll notice that it looks different. I have changed the blog software to Wordpress and in the process I updated the layout to a newer ugly one.
So far I am liking WordPress a lot better than bblog. I haven’t updated in a long while so I’ll try to do that later today.
